ISAS disposable chambers are the solution for a better filling and reading process. The improved design of more chambers in one slide makes it cost effective and easy to use.
Smart filling design: Each chamber on the slide has an arrow indicating where to place the tip, and a line indicating when to stop the filling process. No more drifting sperm!
Smart reading design:it is well known that getting a homogenous semen sample is difficult. The design of the slide improves sperm concentration homogeneity, and allows you to get a highly repeatable system. By defining 7 areas where sperm can be counted variations will be eliminated.

These slides are the first slides we started to produce and they had becomed a “gold standard“. After our successful line of ISASD4C slides, we introduced the two chamber models by customer requirements. In laboratories were only one specimen could be used in one slide, like in some human clinics, these slides fulfilled all requirements. With a bigger screen area, they can be used widely in several species.

ISASD2C-G (Grid)
For those laboratories without automated sperm analyzers, we offered a disposable slides with grid, that allows a manual counting chamber with an integrated counting grid on the slide. The slide has two areas, one to evaluate the motility, and another area to count the spermatozoa.
