Any kind of morphometric measurements (for morphology, vitality, DNA
Fragmentation analysis) needs the staining of the cells. Different kits can be used for each purpose, and everybody should pick the one that fits the specific requirements. Our systems, can work with different kits but for human we recommend the use of rapid Papanicolau protocol, following WHO recommendations.
We also offer other solutions like Diff-quick or Eosine Nigrosine
Other kits are also available.
DIFF QUICK
This is an alternative to Papanicolau technique used in most cases, but not that recommended by WHO.
This Kit contains the fixative and two staining solutions in bottles of 500 ml.
