Choose between D2C and D4C models, the difference is between the number of samples per camera. In both models you have to choose different depths:
- 10 µm: The “clasic” for human semen analysis (WHO 1999).
- 16 µm: Used in many farm seminal analysis.
- 20 µm: Currently recommended for human semen análisis by WHO 2010. Optimal for veterinary.
Disposable chambers are indicated for concentration estimate and analysis of motility with CASA system. Pre-drawn squares assure an optimal sampling.
One box have 25 slides for 50 or 100 analysis, all depend the model for disposable chambers.
